Build habits to succeed in the academic world. Our Launchpad class will introduce you to the mindset and practical tools of successful students. Through tutor instruction and collaboration, students learn how to self-motivate and develop systems to sustainably manage their academic responsibilities.
What to Expect
Over six sessions, learn about the psychology of goal setting and gain practical tools to organize materials and manage time. Our expert tutors will also teach you how to study effectively for tests and quizzes, plan projects and papers, and mitigate procrastination. By the end of the course, students will know more about their own abilities. They will be able to use that self-awareness to communicate proactively with teachers to self-advocate and build a strong academic reputation.
N.B.: Consistent attendance is critical to a successful Study Skills Launchpad experience. If you cannot attend one or more class sessions, we’ll be happy to provide you with the instructor’s slides for the lesson and encourage you to book a 1:1 tutoring session to discuss what you missed.
