  • Not sure what “study skills” are or how they apply to you? In our sessions, you'll learn the fundamentals of focus, planning, memory techniques, and more. We cover the essentials through every phase of academic life – whether you’re just starting high school or getting ready for college – with programs also available for study skills for middle school students.

  • Life happens! We work with students to ensure that their growth during the workshop is not interrupted by missing a session.

Notify us of your absence as soon as possible – you may be able to arrange to meet with your instructor during office hours. For any missed classes, you’ll also receive a slide deck and lesson recap. If you need more time to catch up, we’d recommend booking a 1:1 tutoring session (current rates apply).

  • This course consists of 1-hour sessions, 4 days a week, for 3 weeks. Outside of in-class time, students can expect some homework (generally no more than 30 minutes/day). Coursework is mainly focused on encouraging deliberation on student goals and fostering intentional changes in patterns of thought and action – writing and journaling are large components of this, as well as active practice in implementing habit changes in daily life. This course complements well with other activities that students are engaged in, not just academics. Many of our lessons and activities can apply to athletics, performance arts, work, and other aspects of students' lives.

  • View the current class schedules above, or reach out to our team with additional questions. If you don’t see a class that works with your schedule, consider 1:1 study skills/EF coaching instead.
